I placed my order, what happens now?

After placing your online order and proceed with payment, you will be redirected to your online receipt page and receive email confirmation for your order.

Once you place your order, we start to handle your order, once your order is ready we send you the items by post with the email that has your order details along with the tracking number.

In the email you have also a copy of your invoice from Bygg Engros, you do not need to pay anything to Bygg Engros, the invoice is just for your purchase reference.

* If you order by pay later (like Klarna) you have to pay Klarna the invoices according to your selected payment method with them.

Is my online order paid?

When placing order online on our net store, you choose between different payment options, regardless the option you pay online with, your order will be placed and paid to us at Bygg Engros.

In case of ordering via Klarna, you will get invoices from Klarna to pay according to the payment method between you and Klarna.

I did not get order confirmation by email?

If you did not receive order confirmation to your email, then it is probably because of:

1.         You didn't enter your email correctly.

2.         You might be received the email in your Spam folder.

If you have this issue, please write us to so we can confirm your order for you and resend you the email for your order confirmation.

How long time until I receive my order?

We have our items which displayed online on our site available for shipping in these three types:

1. Items that we have in our own stock (in stock): the delivery date of such items is between 3 to 5 days at max (we usually ship within 24 hours)

2. Items that we get them from our suppliers every week (remote stock): These items that marked as (remote stock) are to be ordered from the supplier and delivered to us within 4 to 7 working days, once we have your item delivered from the supplier, we start the shipping to you directly.

3. Items by order (by order): some items have changing situation of availably at supplier stock, delivery for such items might take 15 days

We inform you by email or phone about your order situation if there is any possible or unexpected delay.

Where is my order now?

Once we ship your order we send you email that have the tracking number so you can investigate about order situation. In case of unusual delay, we inform you about any possible change in delivery date.

What about the guarantee?

All the goods we sell come with the original distributor guarantee in Norway. We also have our own workshop for repairing many power tools using original spare parts. Our repair and response to repairing questions are always clear, we guarantee (under the supplier's original warranty) that any possible problem with the machine you buy from us will be solved, sometimes we repair the machine, or sometimes we send a new one instead ( it depends on the case). I want to return, change or cancel my order

You have the right to start a return within 14 days from receiving your order, the return fees by post is to be paid by the client.
